If you receive an item that is in less than satisfactory condition, please notify us immediately and we will determine if a replacement or credit is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
If for some reason you are dissatified with a non-defective/non-broken item you need to contact us right away. No returns will be excepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing, and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging and merchandise inner packaging cannot be marked on or damaged in any way. No credit will be given for any items that do not meet these requirements. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning merchandise.
Our orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours, excluding Holidays and weekends.
We ship using UPS and the US Postal Service(USPS). Tracking numbers are only available for UPS orders and not US postal orders. For this reason it is recommended that you ship to a physical street address(not a PO Box)whenever possible. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
For orders being shipped within the 48 continental states please allow the following delivery times: UPS 7-10 days,USPS 8-10 days. DHL RUSH service(3-4 days) is available. Please contact us to determine actual shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges listed are for orders within the 48 continental states.
Airmail is available to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for actual shipping charges. At this time we do not offer International shipping.
